Ryan worked for Aon Services Hong Kong Limited as a General Insurance Agent from 2004 to 2005. He joined United Adjusters (HK) Ltd in September 2005 and became the Director of United Adjusters in 2021.
Ryan is an all-round adjuster. He handles various types of property, liability and Employees’ Compensation claims. Due to his engineering background, Ryan is also good at construction claims. He also handles Personal Accident and Motor Liability investigations.
