Ken worked in the Marine Department of Inchcape Insurance Agencies Co Ltd after his graduation in 1992. He then worked as an Adjuster with Crawford, an International Loss Adjusting firm, since early 1993. He joined United Adjusters (HK) Ltd in 2000. He specializes in Property claims, Public Liability claims, Construction Liability claims and Motor Liability investigations. He is also involved in large and complex fire, burglary, CAR claims and handles varied types of jewellery and furrier claims.
